Eskimo can offer a unique in house design capability which allows us to work with our customers and develop products which meet their market requirements.
We are a vertically integral operation with dyeing, winding, a variety of knitted and sewing operations, and hand-working all available at a single location. This makes for greater flexibility.
Quality assurance is integral to every stage in the manufacturing process. This starts with fabric inspection and continues in the Dyehouse which is fully equipped to test shrinkage, washing and rubbing fastness to internationally accepted standards. Colour consistency is achieved using a spectroscopic system. In-line checking is maintained throughout the production process. Finished products are subject to a 100% final quality check. A Cyntex Metal Detector is available to ensure the safety of our end product.
Stringent measures are in place to ensure product fit. These include wearing trials and fitting tests. Finished hosiery goods are also subject to stretch tests using CETME equipment. Model heads and volumetric forms are also used. It is our responsibility to ensure that our customers receive products with perfect fit. |
